RFR: 8194717 : JDK 10 L10n resource file update - msg drop 10

Hi Leo,

I looked through the java.xml portion.

The only changes were added space/whitespace in these files:
  src/java.xml/share/classes/com/sun/org/apache/xalan/internal/res/XSLTErrorResources*.java except the _sv file.

I'm not qualified to review the lang changes (e.g. _ko, _sv), but they 
seemed to be minor wording changes.

I like the fix in CatalogMessages where the key word 'catalog' is 
untranslated.
