CFV: New JDK Committer: Matthias Baesken

I hereby nominate Matthias Baesken (mbaesken) to JDK Committer.



Matthias has been working for several years in the JDK team at SAP. He is a build and integration expert and has contributed various fixes and improvements all over the hotspot and the JDK.
