CFV: New JDK Committer: Lutz Schmidt

I hereby nominate Lutz Schmidt (lucy) to JDK Committer.



Lutz has been working for several years in the JDK team at SAP. He is working on the JIT compiler and is the platform expert for IBM S/390.
