The mirror tarball for this new repo:
  https://builds.shipilev.net/workspaces/jdk-submit-hs.tar.xz

As usual, this works:

$ wget https://builds.shipilev.net/workspaces/jdk-submit-hs.tar.xz -O - | tar xJf -; \
  cd jdk-submit-hs; \
  hg pull; hg up;
