That's correct, there wasn't one.
We don't announce individual update releases on announce list, fwiw -
with more than half a dozen OpenJDK Projects doing backports for their
platforms, that might get old very quickly ;)
There was an e-mail about the integration of the changes from 8u192 on
the release day, though:
