Interesting. I guess the same will happen for 8u once Andrew Haley
takes over in January.

Fundamentally, I just wanted to raise the need for tagged 8u releases
to be announced somewhere, so people can take actions.
If subscribing to jdk8u-dev is the way to go, great.
