What does LTS mean for OpenJDK?

AdoptOpenJDK has a couple of contributors who are working on maintaining
Win32.
They'll follow the usual process of signing the OCA, submitting patches to
OpenJDK (build-dev mainly) etc.

To add to Andrew's statement.  Adopt *only* produces binaries and will
keep building 8u and 11u as long as it's being maintained (I need to
update our official support page on this).

Adopt will build them yes (and as Andrew says, hopefully in close
collaboration
with the updates project(s) maintainers).  We also build for a host of
other platforms
(AIX, zLinux, s390 Linux, PPC, PPCLE, aarch32 and aarch64, win32 and zos).
