Switch Expressions (Preview) release notes links to wrong URL

Hi

Was looking at some of the release notes today for JDK13 and noticed that the release notes for the Switch Expressions (Preview) links to the wrong JEP for Preview features; it incorrectly link to JEP13 (that doesn't exists) instead of JEP12.

On a side note, does it actually make sense to reference JEP305 from switch expressions anymore, considering the current wording of that JEP?
