Status of submit server?

Hi Andrew, Aleksey,

In general I would recommend sending emails regarding jdk/submit to the ops at openjdk.java.net, so that admins, can take a look and investigate.

My initial investigation showed, that for some reason the notification system did not like your email addresses.
I will keep looking into this to find out what has really happened.

Btw, Aleksey, regarding JDK-8152467, everything has passed.
