CFV: New JDK Committer: Christian Hagedorn

Hi,

I hereby nominate Christian Hagedorn (chagedorn) to JDK Committer.

Christian is a member of the HotSpot Compiler Team at Oracle. Although he only joined in mid July
this year, Christian already contributed 19 changes to the JDK project [1], from which 11 are
significant and affect complex code in the JIT compilers.

Back in 2017, Christian already worked on the JDK as part of his masters thesis project on
implementing C1 JIT compiler support for Inline Types. He made excellent progress including
developing aggressive optimizations to avoid heap buffering. His work served as a guidance for
today's C1 implementation in project Valhalla.
