We will run the 2nd msg drop for JDK 12 on Jan 24th and another msg drop 
only if needed.

Would you point out which message in compiler.properties is not exist or 
any message missing in compiler_*.properties in this webrev?

I checked the hg history, looks like the msg drop have caught the latest 
change on compiler.properties:
8212982: Rule cases in switch expression accepted even if complete normally

If you're talking about the task, Remove compiler support for Raw String 
Literals from JDK 12, I think once it's done before the msg drop 
deadline, the related messages will be removed.
