I would still love to know what lead to removing that RN block last week to begin with. It seems to
be a process hiccup, which is hard to understand without understanding what processes the
participants follow. Notably, I discovered this removal only after someone pointed out missing
entries in JDK 13 RNs. Yes, there were JBS notifications too, but I expected the bulk updates that
Cliff does to release notes are not destructive. They never were, up to this point!
