I hereby nominate Jean Christophe Beyler (jcbeyler) to JDK Project 
Reviewer.

Jean Christophe is a JDK Project Committer, works for "Java Performance 
and Garbage Collection" and
"Java Runtime" teams at Google and has contributed about 100 (!) 
changesets[1].

Jean Christophe  has contributed significant changes into various areas:
JVM TI (e.g., Low Overhead Heap Profiling feature), JPDA, GC, etc., and
test framework improvement and stabilization of serviceability tests.
