CFV: New JDK Reviewer: Mikael Vidstedt

As far as I remember, Mikael has his own reasons not to become a Reviewer and r privately ejected several offers to nominate him. I don't think it's enough to veto his nomination, however to respect his choice, I abstain from this voting.
