CFV: New JDK Committer: Jie Fu

I hereby nominate Jie Fu (jiefu) to JDK Committer.

Jie has been with Loongson's JVM team for more than 7 years.
He is working on the mips-port of OpenJDK, mainly on the JIT compiler.
One of his notable contribution is the backend of C2 for mips.
Now his interests also include GC and runtime.
He already has the Author status in JDK Project,

Jie has contributed 37 fixes to the JDK Project.

Jie has also contributed 9 fixes to the jdk11u-dev Project.
