It would help if we had some kind of idea about the actual problem.
Presumably gmail is using some kind of heuristic; I don't know because
I don't use gmail. So, please send a couple of false positives my way
and we'll try to figure out what the problem is.
I'm not a great believer in "Let's upgrade to something modern" as an
obvious cure because modern solutions have their own problems.
