Reminder: submit CSRs for JDK 15 changes ahead of rampdown 1 milestone of June 11, 2020

Hello,

Per the JDK 15 schedule (http://openjdk.java.net/projects/jdk/15/), 
rampdown phase one is coming up on June 11, 2020.

If you have outstanding changes intended to go into JDK 15, please file 
any CSRs with sufficient lead time to accommodate both the review and 
responses to possible review feedback. More detail about the CSR process 
is written up on its wiki:
