I can confirm that the server hosting http://openjdk.java.net, 
cr.openjdk.java.net, hg.openjdk.java.net, http://jdk.java.net, is very 
slow at best.  Many things I try to do are timing out.

I reported an outage.  I am escalating with the datacenter operations team.
