CFV: New JDK Reviewer: Lutz Schmidt

I hereby nominate Lutz Schmidt (lucy) to JDK Reviewer.



Lutz is a long term member of SAP's JVM team. His main area of expertise

is the JIT compiler and the platform ports to Linux/IBM s390 and Power PC.



In the meanwhile his contributions to JDK Project main line sum up to some 50 commits [3]
