CFV: New OpenJDK Committer: Jorn Vernee

I hereby nominate Jorn Vernee (jvernee) [0] to OpenJDK Committer.

Jorn is an active committer in the panama project, a reviewer of
the skara project, but have also contributed his fair share of
patches to the main JDK project[1].

Making him a committer would aid further work by avoiding the need
for someone else to sponsor the upstreaming of his many
contributions to panama.

Votes are due by 14h00 UTC on Thursday, the 18th of June, 2020.

Only current OpenJDK Committers (and above) [2] are eligible to
vote on this nomination.
