Proposed schedule for JDK 15

With JDK 14 done and dusted, here’s a proposed schedule for JDK 15:

  2020/06/11  Rampdown Phase One
  2020/07/16  Rampdown Phase Two
  2020/08/06  Initial Release Candidate
  2020/08/20  Final Release Candidate
  2020/09/15  General Availability

The phases are defined in JEP 3 [1].

Comments on this proposal from JDK Committers and Reviewers [2] are
welcome, as are reasoned objections.  If no such objections are raised by
23:00 UTC next Thursday, 2 April, or if they’re raised and satisfactorily
answered, then per the JEP 2.0 process proposal [3] this will be the
schedule for JDK 15.
