CFV: New JDK Committer: Kiran Ravikumar

I hereby nominate Kiran Ravikumar (kravikumar) to JDK Project Committer.

Kiran has been working primarily in the core-libs areas of the JDK. He 
has contributed a range of fixes to the JDK Project [0].
