Plans to remove -source & -target option 7 in javac?

Hello Kartik,

Updating JEP 182: "Policy for Retiring javac -source and -target 
Options" (http://openjdk.java.net/jeps/182) for the six-month release 
process is a known item to be done. That updated policy would in turn 
guide when -source/-target 7 and now also --release 7 would be dropped.
