Hi all,

   I hereby nominate Albert Mingkun Yang (ayang[1]) to the role of JDK 
Project Reviewer.

Albert is currently a JDK committer, member of the Garbage Collection 
team at Oracle for a few years now, and has, before joining Oracle, been 
working on garbage collection with ZGC during his PhD (e.g. [2], [3]).

He has made substantial contributions [4] to the development of the 
mostly G1 and ZGC, in particular just recently an algorithm to 
dynamically adjust the number of concurrent threads for ZGC [5], and has 
in total made 60 individual contributions to the JDK project.

Only current JDK Project Reviewers [6] are eligible to vote on this 
nomination.
