CFV: New JDK Committer: Lin Zang

I hereby nominate Lin Zang (lzang) to JDK Committer.

Lin has contributed 21 patches [3] to hotspot, mostly in the 
serviceability area.
Some of the more complex contributions include:

8215622: Add dump to file support for jmap –histo
8215624: Add parallel heap iteration for jmap –histo
8252103: Parallel heap inspection for ParallelScavengeHeap
8252104: parallel heap inspection for ShenandoahHeap
8257234: Add gz option to SA jmap to write a gzipped heap dump
8241638: launcher time metrics always report 1 on Linux when 
_JAVA_LAUNCHER_DEBUG is set
8252105: Parallel heap inspection for ZcollectedHeap
8256450: Add gz option to jmap to write a gzipped heap dump

Lin is also currently working on the following, which are all out for 
review:

8252842: Extend jmap to support parallel heap dump
8262386: resourcehogs/serviceability/sa/TestHeapDumpForLargeArray.java 
timed out
8269685: Optimize HeapHprofBinWriter implementation
4890732: GZIPOutputStream doesn't support optional GZIP fields
