CFV: New JDK Committer: Adam Sotona

I hereby nominate Adam Sotona to JDK Committer.

Adam is a member of Oracle's JDK LangTools team, working on javac and 
related tools and API. He has made over a dozen contributions so far. 
The list is given below.
