Subject:CFV: New JDK Committer: Hui Shi (hshi)
I hereby nominate Hui Shi (hshi) [1] to JDK Committer.
Hui Shi is a member of Tencent JDK team and working on OpenJDK development.
He has authored and co-authored 23 changes [2] to JDK project, many of which are non-trivial.
Before he joined Tencent, he mainly worked on aarch64, including general C2 memory barrier optimizations, aarch64 intrinsic refactoring and bug fixing.
In the last 8 months, he had contributed 10 optimizations/fixes found in Tencent products into JDK project.
Votes are due by 4:00 UTC, 15 Jun 2021.
