CFV: New JDK Reviewer: Sandhya Viswanathan

I hereby nominate Sandhya Viswanathan (sviswanathan)[0] to JDK Reviewer.

Sandhya is a long time contributor to OpenJDK, and has extensive experience of x86 platforms, making numerous improvements to HotSpot's code generation. 

Overall Sandhya has 32 commits to the mainline JDK [3]. Some of those commits reflect involvement in JEPs (JEP-338, JEP-333 and JEP-254), particularly JEP 338: Vector API (Incubator), where Sandhya is a key participant [4] in the effort to bring SIMD programming to Java.
