I hereby nominate Patricio Chilano Mateo [0] to OpenJDK Reviewer.

Patricio is currently a JDK Committer and a member of the Oracle JVM
Runtime team. He has 56 commits[1], mainly in the areas of locking,
safepoint synchronization, thread state transition, and handshakes. He
works closely with other members of the runtime team to provide help and
expertise in these areas.
