CFV: New JDK Reviewer: Jatin Bhateja

I hereby nominate Jatin Bhateja [1] to JDK Reviewer.


Jatin Bhateja is currently the JDK Committer and a member of the OpenJDK Engineering Team at Intel. His area of expertise is compiler optimizations. In past 3+ years, he has contributed over 63 changes to the JDK project [2]. His notable contributions are generic vector operand support to the instruction selector,  mask register allocation, and AVX512 optimizations through stubs, intrinsics, auto-vectorization enhancements, and partial in-lining. He is also actively contributing to Panama-vector project [3] and has made many significant contributions to Vector API since first incubation into JDK as part of JEPs (338, 414, 417, 426).
