CFV: New JDK Committer: Evgeny Astigeevich

Hi,

I hereby nominate Evgeny Astigeevich (eastigeevich [1]) to JDK Committer.

Evgeny is a member of the Amazon Corretto team focusing mostly on
aarch64 and performance optimizations. He has contributed 18 changes
to the jdk project until now. Evegeny is also active in the downport
projects where he has contribut 12 changes [3].

Votes are due by Thursday, August 11th, 2022 at 09:00 UTC.

Only current JDK Committers [4] are eligible to vote on this
nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this
