CFV: New JDK Committer: Ron Pressler

I hereby nominate Ron Pressler to JDK Committer.

Ron has been a member of the Java team in Oracle since 2017. He leads 
Project Loom and needs no further introduction. The integration of JEP 
425 into the main line code repository last month included more than 900 
commits to the Project Loom repository authored by Ron. He has also 
contributed 12 other changes [1].

Votes are due by June 16, 2022, 23.59 UTC.
