Porters List

Hi,

during the discussion [1] it was recognized that a list of porters was
missing. I started with the list. These names are either from my head or I
dug into commit history and project pages. Question marks indicate entries
I am not sure about. Please feel free to correct me, or suggest more/other
names.

If this looks okay, I think the OpenJDK wiki would be the right place for
it. I thought about starting there right away, but was not sure if everyone
has access. I'm not even sure I have access.

Thanks, Thomas

is a bit hidden from main development).
