Could you add Sergey Nazarkin <snazarkin at azul.com> to the arm32? Sergey
is maintaining aarch32 port project and for example now helps with
Project Loom on that platform.

I assume the process of updating the wiki is just by asking on this
mail-list?

I wonder if someday Skara could automatically detect a right person /
mail-list based on the patch -- in the spirit of Linux's
get_maintaner.pl.
