    Felix is currently the JDK Committer and the member of JVM team at Huawei. His main area of 
    expertise is the HotSpot JIT compiler and one of his notable contributions is the backend of C1 & C2 
    JIT compilers for RISC-V. Felix has been active in AArch64 as well [2].

    He is also the Project Lead for RISC-V Port [3], which implements a full-featured JVM on 
    Linux/RISC-V platform, including the template interpreter, C1/C2 and all current mainline GCs. That 
    work had been integrated to mainline recently. Gaining a Reviewer role in OpenJDK would help Felix 
    to lead RISC-V port development and maintenance in mainline.
