can't run jshell 32-bit Windows in bleeding edge JDK

Not sure if this is the right email list for this particular complaint, but I tried downloading this JDK a day or two ago (in the hopes of playing with Loom):
https://builds.shipilev.net/openjdk-jdk/openjdk-jdk-windows-x86_32-server-release-msvc2019.zip
And when I try to run jshell it hangs for 20 seconds or so and then exits with some timeout exception.

Any advice?
