CFV: New JDK Reviewer: Aleksei Efimov

Hi,

I hereby nominate Aleksei Efimov (aefimov) [1] to JDK Reviewer

Aleksei is a Committer in the JDK project, and a member
of the Networking Group.
Aleksei has been actively participating in the evolution
and maintenance of the JDK for several years.

Aleksei is the principal contributor and owner of JEP 418,
Internet-Address Resolution SPI [2] which was integrated in
JDK 18. Aleksei has contributed many fixes, notably in the
networking area, and is also one of the maintainers of the
JNDI/LDAP and JNDI/DNS apis [3].
Lately he has taken a more active role in providing review
feedback in these areas.

Votes are due by 17:00 UTC Friday, 25th November 2022.
