Betreff: CFV: New JDK Committer: Takuya Kiriyama
I hereby nominate Takuya Kiriyama [1] to JDK Committer.

Takuya is working in Fujitsu JDK team, and has 6 years of experience with the Java language.
He develops various features of the JDK products, such as the Fujitsu proprietary hotspot options, jfr and troubleshooting features.
He contributed to the enhancement of OpenJDK quality with fixing for some problems found in running tests.

He has contributed 16 patches to the JDK project see below [2] [3].
He is also currently working on some pull requests, which are all out for review [4].
