I hereby nominate Johan Sjölén to JDK Committer.

Johan [3] is a member of the HotSpot runtime team at Oracle and
has contributed 13 changesets to the OpenJDK repository [4],
mainly UL enhancements and bugs fixes.

Votes are due by October 10, 2022.
