Subject: CFV: New JDK Reviewer: Johan Sjölén
I hereby nominate Johan Sjölén (jsjolen) to JDK Reviewer.

Johan is a member of the HotSpot runtime team at Oracle and has
contributed 78 changesets to the OpenJDK repository [3].  45 of these
were converting NULL to nullptr.  The other contributions are UL
enhancements, memory management and NMT improvements, and bug fixes.  He
has been contributing and reviewing NMT changes for HotSpot memory usage
analysis.

Votes are due by May 11, 2023.
