I hereby nominate Doug Simon to JDK Project Reviewer.

Doug is a regular contributor to the OpenJDK project with 86 pull
requests merged into the main line JDK repository over the last 3 years
[1]. He is currently the primary maintainer of the Java-Level JVM
Compiler Interface that was introduced with JEP 243. He has made
contributions to other areas of the JDK including jtreg, build system,
and error handling. Doug also serves as the Project Lead for the
recently introduced Galahad OpenJDK project.
