CFV: New JDK Committer: Yadong Wang

I hereby nominate Yadong Wang (yadongwang) [0] to JDK committer.

Yadong Wang is a member of Huawei JDK team and is already a committer of the RISC-V port project [1].

He is the main author of RISC-V port and has made 17 contributions to the JDK project [2-8], and most of them are non-trivial.
Notable changes include the major implementation of JEP 422 [6] and porting of JEP 439 to RISC-V [3]. We should make him a JDK
committer which would aid his future work of RISC-V maintaince.
