CFV: New JDK Committer: Darragh Clarke

Hi,

I hereby nominate Darragh Clarke [1] to JDK Committer.

Darragh is a member of the Java Core Libraries team at Oracle
and has already contributed 12 changesets [2] to the openjdk
repository, mostly in the networking area.
His later contributions include some tricky fixes in
the legacy HttpURLConnection Expect:100-continue implementation
as well as in the idle connection management in the JDK
simple HttpServer implementation.

Votes are due by 17:00 UTC May 31st, 2023.

Only current JDK Committers [3] are eligible to vote on this
nomination. Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this
mailing list.
