I hereby nominate Johannes Bechberger (jbechberger [1]) to JDK Committer.



Johannes is a member of SAP's SapMachine JVM team and has authored 11 changes in the OpenJDK repository [2]. Furthermore he spends lots of time on the topic JVM profiling and is working on JEP 435: Asynchronous Stack Trace VM API. He also contributed several backports to the jdk-updates project.



Votes are due by 12:00 UTC Monday 29th May 2023.
