Betreff: CFV: New JDK Reviewer: Tobias Holenstein
Hi,

I hereby nominate Tobias Holenstein to JDK Reviewer.

Tobias is a member of the HotSpot Compiler Team at Oracle and contributed 60 changes to the JDK
project [1].

Tobias has made significant contributions to the JDK project, primarily focusing on the Ideal Graph
Visualizer (IGV) where he serves as our designated expert. With his expertise, he has played a key
role in further enhancing the stability and usability of the tool. As a result of his efforts,
debugging complex C2 IR bugs has become considerably easier. Furthermore, Tobias already
participated in the review process, providing valuable insights and improvements to contributions
made by fellow developers.

Tobias recently shifted his focus more towards AArch64 performance work and compiler control.

Votes are due by Friday, 9 June 2023 at 12:00 UTC.

Only current JDK Reviewers [2] are eligible to vote on this nomination. Votes must be cast in the
open by replying to this mailing list.

For Three-Vote Consensus voting instructions, see [3].

Best regards,
Tobias
