FreeBSD OpenJDK contract and official FreeBSD support

Greetings,

A long-standing request we receive at The FreeBSD Foundation, especially
from enterprise users, is for official OpenJDK support on FreeBSD.  To
help make this happen, we have allocated funds for a new contract
position with a possibility for renewal.

FreeBSD officially supported.
