JEP proposed to target JDK 22: 464: Scoped Values (Second Preview)

The following JEP is proposed to target JDK 22:

  464: Scoped Values (Second Preview)
       https://openjdk.org/jeps/464

  Summary: Introduce scoped values, which enable the safe and efficient
  sharing of immutable data within and across threads.  They are
  preferred to thread-local variables, especially when using large
  numbers of virtual threads.  This is a preview API.

Feedback on this proposal from JDK Project Committers and Reviewers [1]
is more than welcome, as are reasoned objections.  If no such objections
are raised by 15:00 UTC on Thursday, 7 December, or if they’re raised
and then satisfactorily answered, then per the JEP 2.0 process proposal
[2] I’ll target this JEP to JDK 22.
