I hereby nominate Per-Åke Minborg to JDK Reviewer.

Per has JDK Committer role with 58 commits [1] in the jdk repo. He is
also co-author of several other significant changes that include the
implementations of JEP 454 and JEP 442 and many other changes to the FFM
API and implementation in both the jdk and panama repos. Per is also
co-leading the exploration into the computed constants APIs in Project
Leyden.
