CFV: New JDK Committer: Aggelos Biboudis

I hereby nominate Aggelos Biboudis to JDK Committer.

Aggelos is a member of Oracle’s Java Langtools team. Aggelos has 
contributed 30 changes so far to the JDK project [1]. In particular, 
he's active in the area of pattern matching, where he has contributed 
the record patterns for for each and unnamed variables and patterns 
features, and numerous fixes.

Votes are due by 14:00 UTC Tuesday 7th November 2023.

Only current JDK Committers [2] are eligible to vote on this 
nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing 
list.
