Is webrev generation still relevant?

I’m not really sure if this is proposing to remove the webrev bot or just make changes to it.

But in any case, I also frequently use webrev for similar reasons mentioned. I also use the skara webrev command in my local workspace as way to review my changes before I post a PR. If the skara webrev bot was removed, I would probably pull PR branches into my local workspace and manually generate webrevs which I would prefer to avoid unless I really need to.
